Sarah Brown Original strives for customer satisfaction. We take care in what materials and products we use to bring you the best. All items are not perfect, but will be acknowledge if there are any imperfection.
Please be advise to inspect your product immediately upon receiving it to insure it is not damaged for any reason. If item(s) is/are damaged during the shipping process, we will repair the items if possible and if returned to us in 7-10 business days. Because most of these items are one of a kind, we MAY NOT be able to replace said item(s). Please return all items for repair with its original invoice or proof of purchase. In addition, we will absorb all shipping cost during this process up to two returns, after which, the client is responsible for all shipping cost.
